Materials for the training have been created by the DfE, linked to the statutory guidance. Debenham High School has been selected as one of the 20 schools to deliver this training nationally.
Trainers have over 20 year’s experience in delivery of RSHE in school.
Where relevant health and social care experts will be used to provide context to their work with young people. In our first session Dr Hazel Harrison, Clinical Psychologist, ThinkAvellana will provide practical guidance based on clinical evidence to support the importance of mental health and wellbeing in schools.
When and How - will the training take place?
Day 1 - 7 July 2020
This training will take place online.
Zoom will be the online platform used to deliver the training.

Day 2 and 3 – dates to be confirmed
Ideally these will be delivered face to face, however, consideration will be given to the COVID health situation and the appropriateness of this for delegates. If unsuitable, these sessions will also be conducted online.
